Cheese:
Cheese is a source of protein and riboflavin and supplies phosphorus and other essential vitamins and minerals. Now, because we lose calcium through our urine, we need to top it up daily.
Even though cheese is considered high in calories it does have its benefits, but should be eaten in moderation.
Eggs:
High in nutrients they are a a very good source of selenium, iodine, and vitamin B2 and a good source of protein, molybdenum, phosphorous, vitamin B5, vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
They are a good food for weight loss to, because of their high protein low fat content.
