NUTS:

Nuts in general are very nutritious, providing protein and many essential vitamins, such as A and E, minerals, such as phosphorous and potassium, and fibre. Nuts are also high in carbohydrate and oils, so shouldn't be eaten in excess.

Olive oil:

Studies show that extra virgin olive oil reduces many healthrisks from heart disease and diabetes to breast and prostrate cancer, olive oil’s main benefit is cardiovascular.

Out of all the commonly available oils, olive oil is the highest in monounsaturated fat, this type of fat is known to lower blood cholesterol levels.
